Product Introduction:
COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) is a chemical method used to measure the amount of reducible substances that need to be oxidized in water samples. It is one of the indicators for implementing total emission control in China. Chemical Oxygen Demand is gradually becoming a necessary parameter for more and more industries, so measuring COD in water is very important. This series of products complies with the HJ/T399 industry standard of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and is suitable for the determination of COD in surface water, groundwater, municipal sewage, and industrial wastewater.

Operation method:
1: Take two COD prefabricated tubes, add 2mL of deionized water to one tube (as a blank value) and 2mL to the other tube for testing;
2: Clean the outer wall of the tube with dust-free paper, hold the tube cover upside down and shake the solution in the prefabricated tube evenly;
3: Place the prefabricated tube into the digestion apparatus and digest at 165 ℃ for 20 minutes or 150 ℃ for 2 hours. The digestion apparatus needs to be preheated;
4: Wait for the prefabricated tube to cool down to around 60 ℃, then flip the tube cover upside down and shake the solution in the digestion tube evenly;
5: After shaking, place the test tube rack and cool it to 20-25 ℃;
6: Clean the outer wall of the tube with dust-free paper (do not shake the liquid at this time);
What? 7: Put the processed blank prefabricated tube into the instrument to read zero.
8: Place the processed sample tube into the instrument for reading.
Note: It can directly replace mainstream brand reagents without the need to reconstruct the curve.
